Alpines innovative design of the Halo9 delivers a 9” high definition touch screen that comfortably fits directly into any dash. The super slim display of the iLX-F309E large screen floats over the dashboard providing a smooth and stylish look. 

Users are able to control functions of their smartphone through the display or active Siri and voice recognition avoiding driver distraction. Apple Carplay and Android Auto enables you to use apps from your phone such as Apple Maps, Google Maps, Waze and Spotify on the touch screen of the unit by either a voice command or the easy to use touch screen interface. Apple CarPlay has the ability to bring apps to life through the digital display and the convenience of Android Auto offers an extensive number of apps in the dash of your vehicle. 

Access all your favourite audio with endless options such as Podcasts, iHeartRadio, Spotify, iTunes and DAB digital radio. An extensive range of entertainment options are also available with HDMI and USB connection allowing high quality video and audio playback. DVD and CDs can also be played in high resolution using the DVE-5300 optical drive. 

Apple CarPlay and Android Auto also allows drivers to effortlessly navigate directions through the voice command, promoting driver safety while getting you from A to B with an accurate arrival time and turn by turn instructions. And you can plan ahead using the call location function. 

Android Auto has a convenient tab to display notifications for text messages and phone calls. Text messages are automatically shown on the display for you to browse through your message history. You then have the option to preview the text or have it played via text-to-speech. 

The WAZE app offers a unique driving experience with alternate route options available to save time, including real time updates reported by other WAZE users for anticipated traffic, camera alerts, road hazards and police stops.  

The adjustable display feature on this unit provides flexibility while installing and can be angled from +45 degress to -20 degrees to suit a wide range of vehicles. The display height can also be adjusted +/- 3cm which can be altered to a standing or hanging display. The unit can then be secured by a locking function to ensure stability.
