We ask for all new enquiries to go through our website using the Online Enquiry.

As every car is different the information we request is used to create a personalised individual quote based on your specific enquiry.

Due to the volume of enquiries we receive it’s easier for our team to communicate with you via email so we have a record of your job. Once a quote is accepted we use your contact details to create a booking with invoices sent via email and job reminders to your mobile.
Our team is available Monday-Saturday to answer any initial questions you might have – however to help us provide an accurate quote we may ask you to either email us or fill out the Online Enquiry to ensure we get it 100% right.

Once you’re ready to book our office staff will liaise with you to organise a date/time at your home or workplace – yes we’re a fully mobile service!

From here we take a deposit to secure your booking and you will receive a booking confirmation email with our Terms and Conditions and what to expect on the day of
your installation.

Yes! All our work comes with a lifetime installation warranty and various product warranties based on the brand.

Depending on the type of installation job times vary from 2-4hrs with more complex jobs taking up to 6-8. All jobs will be completed within 1 day and we will let you know at the time of booking how long you can expect the job to take.
Our technicians are fully equipped with all tools and don’t require any power. In the event of bad weather, jobs are assessed on an individual basis depending on the complexity of the installation and shelter available. Jobs without an undercover work area needing to be rescheduled due to weather take priority over bookings and we will endeavour to do anything within our power to have the job complete as close to your scheduled install date as possible.

While we understand customers wanting to watch we do request technicians be left alone to complete their work. We adhere to a safe work environment under OH&S guidelines as stated in our Terms and Conditions.

Providing you’re able to leave the keys for access to the vehicle we do offer contactless bookings under our COVID Safe Protocols. This is also available for customers at work or who are unavailable due to shift work. Once the job is complete we can have the technician call to explain how the product works.
In the first instance, get in touch with one of our staff who will assist in diagnosing the issue. From there we can organise for a technician to give you a call and troubleshoot some easy-to-fix problems over the phone. If warranty related we will get someone to re-attend and sort the issue out for you.
We accept bank transfer, cash or card with a 1.9% fee.
Upon the completion of your installation the technician will sit with you and provide a full product demonstration. Should you encounter any issues from there, get in touch with our office staff who will organise for a technician to give you a call.
As we’re a fully mobile service, providing you can have the work done at an address within our designated work area we can definitely help you out.

Our technicians work Monday to Saturday from 830am.

We book a maximum of 3 jobs a day per technician to allow for additional work time/travel. Due to OH&S we don’t work after hours with the last booking for the day at 3pm.

Our team of installers are all highly experienced car audio technicians with over 35 years of combined experience. We also have fully qualified auto electricians and mechanics.
